TEMPERED GLASS
Tempered Glass is a type of safety glass processed by elevated temperature (about 700°C) and rapidly cooled by a cold air stream. This process creates high surface tension, giving the glass superior impact resistance, heat resistance, and thermal shock resistance compared to ordinary glass. Especially, when broken, tempered glass shatters into small granular chunks similar to corn kernels, with no sharp edges, minimizing the risk of injury to users.

- Extremely High Durability: Impact resistance is 4-5 times higher than ordinary float glass of the same thickness.
- Absolute Safety: When broken, it forms small blunt granules, safe for users.
- Thermal Shock Resistance: Can withstand sudden temperature changes up to 150°C (while ordinary glass is only about 50°C).
- Flatness and Transparency: Retains the light transmission and color of the original glass.
- Sound and Heat Insulation: Effectively reduces noise and limits heat transfer.
